We want you to be happy with your order, but as a small business we also need to keep things fair and sustainable.
Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 UK, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, colour, or item:

You are welcome to request an exchange

The original item must be returned at your expense

Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Items must be in resalable condition
Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If your order qualified for free shipping, and a return brings the order value below the free shipping threshold, the standard delivery charge (£3.95) will be deducted from your refund
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will resolve this quickly and cover any return/replacement costs where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
